Call for Proposals: Personal Stories Inspired by the City's Outdoor Sculptures

Did you squat to give birth beneath the Kadishman sculpture in Habima Square? Did you meet the love of your life next to Hila Amram’s sculpture in Park HaMesila? Did you discover a hidden treasure in Dani Karavan’s White Square in Wolfson Park? If you did, we’d love to hear about it!
The Tel Aviv-Yafo City Museum invites you to share personal stories connected to the city's outdoor sculptures with us. 210 public sculptures are situated throughout Tel Aviv—created by veteran and up-and-coming artists, some of which have stood for decades, and others newly added to Avatz, the Tel Aviv-Yafo public art collection.
We are looking for your stories—true stories, old or new, in which the sculptures play a meaningful role, to add to the museum’s collection of city stories on display, in the museum, and on a dedicated website.
