The Tel Aviv-Yafo City Museum has a place for everyone. That's why we created the Sensory Kit!
The Sensory Kit includes a variety of tactile accessories that help with regulation, calming, and creating interest and curiosity, such as noise-reducing headphones, a stress-relief squeeze ball, and a sock puppet of “Mehira,” the mythological horse of Mayor Meir Dizengoff.
The museum staff is committed to providing an accessible visiting experience, and we hope the Sensory Kit will help make your visit pleasant. We invite you to come and enjoy a cultural experience tailored to you and your loved ones.
The Sensory Kit is adapted for families with children who have neurological differences. It is offered free of charge with an ID deposit (returned upon completion), subject to availability.
The sensory backpack is free of charge in exchange for an ID card (which will be returned) and is subject to availability.
