Classic tour

In the classic tour, you'll visit various parts of the city museum and get to know more deeply the many stories of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, its history, heritage, and values.  The tour looks at the city from different perspectives, including art, history, and activism, and takes you through the museum's different exhibitions: the permanent exhibition that showcases the city's heritage, the rotating art exhibition, and the City Stories collection, which contains over 1,500 stories from residents past and present, presented in an interactive and engaging way. During the tour, we'll visit the old mayor's office, restored in the museum, and explore the beautiful city hall building that has stood at the end of Bialik Street for over 100 years, as well as the myths surrounding the founding of the city. We'll also invite you to share your own stories and experiences in the city. The tour is delivered in the museum's signature conversational and participatory style by an experienced guiding team drawn from a rich variety of fields and knowledge
