An artists' talk featuring Davi Barelll, Irit Tamari, Thalia Hoffman, and Alon Sarid.
A gallery talk held in the context of the exhibition “At City Level,” focusing on urban imagination and local memory. The work Horizon (Thalia Hoffman, Irit Tamari, and Alon Sarid) is a diorama in which the Tel Aviv skyline vanishes behind a blinding light, obstructing the view and producing a sense of suspension and uncertainty. Thousands of Sunsets (Davi Barell) is a collage installation addressing Kikar Atarim as a space of memory, failure, and urban fantasy.
During the event, Davi Barell’s postcard series The Surfers of Har Zion Boulevard will also be launched.
